Class Description
Ready for the next step? This course will build upon the knowledge you gained in our Intro courses but will feature more techniques and more student input on project ideas. Some sample forms could include lidded, closed, and possibly multipart forms. Clay will be provided to each student and the ability to access our community tools and supplies. This course meets once a week on Mondays from 6pm-9pm, and consists of 6 sessions over 6 weeks. Students will also have independent studio access on a first-come-first serve basis during our Open Hours (M-TH 4-6pm). Upon instructor approval, experienced students may also add on Saturday access 12pm-10pm for an additional $50. This add-on comes with 25lbs on clay. Student requirements for this course: -Be 18 years old or older -Have taken our Intro course at least once -Feel confident about independently centering clay We have some funds available for financial assistance. Please email us (wildfireceramicstudio@gmail.com) if you are interested! Please note, if there are not enough students enrolled by the Friday night prior to the course start, we may need to cancel, postpone, or consolidate with another course. If so, this will be announced Saturday morning prior to the course start date, and we will offer you a full refund or credit towards another course, whichever you prefer. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be emailed to wildfireceramicstudio@gmail.com. Refunds and credits are given according to the following cancellation request timelines: Prior to 1 month before course start date: Full refund 1 month to 2 weeks before course start date: 50% refund 2 weeks to 1 week before course start date: 50% credit No refunds or credits will be offered once enrollment deadline has passed. Some exceptions may be made depending on extraordinary circumstances. We will offer a full refund if we need to cancel or change the time/day of a course.
