Wildfire Ceramic Studio Holiday Sale:
Wildfire Ceramic Studio would like to invite you to participate in our Holiday Show/Sale! This is a great opportunity for you to market your artwork for the holidays. We will be advertising your pieces on our website and social media feeds.
What we require from you:
Work should be under 25" in any direction (for art in the gallery), priced below $100 ( some exceptions apply!)
High-quality images of pieces to be sent for advertising and website.
Detailed information for each piece: Title, Price, Material, Dimensions (Length X Width X Depth)
Your contact information for viewers: First and Last name, Desired means of contact Instagram/Website/Email
Email all information to firstname.lastname@example.org (artist's name, title, price, dimensions, Photos of work, and how many pieces you are interested in showing)
DEADLINE of submission November 12th, 2021.
Holiday Sales will be a 40% Gallery/60% Artist split, and shipping will be customer paid.
** We will be having regular hours and a First Friday opening and have gallery space, please express interest if you would like to be considered for in house representation. Artists who choose to send work, have the option of allowing WCS to hold on to the art for 6 months to be used in future sales.
November 12th Submission deadline
November 15th Applicants will be notified of acceptance
November 20th-23rd Delivery of artwork (Artwork should not be delivered before or after.)
December 3rd First Friday opening
December 24th Last day open to the public.
January 2nd Work will be deinstalled and work that is hand-delivered must be picked up.
Digital images must in .jpeg format and must be 300dpi and longest length of 1000 pixels. File name format: jdoe1, jdoe2, jdoe3. White or gradient backgrounds are acceptable unless the artwork is installation based (Some exclusions may apply). Images that appear to have been enhanced will not be accepted.
All images that do not follow this format will be disregarded and not juried and the application fee will not be refunded.
All accepted artworks must be for sale. There will be a 40% commission on artworks sold during the exhibition, the artist keeps 60%. Artworks that do not sell during the exhibition will have to opportunity to keep the work at Wildfire Ceramic Studio for retail sales through our retail gallery and online shop, or returned to the artist; the artist is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The artist is responsible for safe delivery and shipping costs. Artist must include a return shipping label, check, or be prepared to pay an electronic invoice for return shipping costs (NO STAMPS). Securely attach an inventory form to each accepted work. Inventory forms will be sent out along with acceptance notifications. Pack your pieces well, always double box. Damaged artworks will not be included in the exhibition. Any unsold artwork that does not have a payment for return shipping will become the property of WCS 90 days after the end of the exhibition.

All work must be shipped to our PO Box, (PO Box 16182, Missoula, MT, 59801), Between September 20th - 25th. All work must be shipped via USPS, if unable and you are shipping using FedEx or UPS please ship to (3150 Great Northern, #16182, Missoula, MT 59801).
We will do all we can to maintain the safety of the submitted artworks. However, due to the fragile nature of these artworks WCS will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur. During Shipping of artwork.
